CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note cancelation is allowed and we will charge 25% to the cancelation that’s 14 has passed after booking and the departure day is still a week or more ahead and refund the rest.
We will note accept cancelation that is within 3 days before departure 72hours unless it is because of SOE, natural disaster Floods, Fire, earthquakes or strong winds as the booking within 72hours of departure. We will However refund on those basis with 50% off and you will be refunded the rest.
Cancelation within 24 hours is not acceptable at all , if you do cancelation within this circle of time it is totally up to you. We will not refund at all as we would have totally made shifts and completed the take off or departure in the next hours of departure day, accommodation & meals, parking, fuel etc would have been already prepared cars and drivers stricken off the board and reserved for the departure.
Refunds:
Refunds are available depending on your cancellation period and percentage you due for accordingly. Please be patient as we process your refund we do refunds once a month, if yours was however skipped in the month maybe because it was launched after others were done be assured it’s coming on the next slot.
